Please note that the risk of damage or deterioration passes to you upon delivery. Notify us within 12 hours of receiving the order. In case of an issue, email us with the provided photos.

Delivery Problems Beyond Our Control: We cannot accept responsibility for quality deterioration due to certain delivery issues beyond our control, including incorrect addresses, unopened parcels, weather-related delays, or gifts sent to recipients temporarily away.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For shipments within the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing the cancellation or return of the order for any reason without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply: the item must be unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is necessary.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
